Emma He

P.ENG., F.S. ENG. PH&RA (TUV RHEINLAND)

Emma is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from University of British Columbia. She is a qualified Functional Safety Engineer (F.S. Eng.) in Process Hazards and Risk Analysis through the TUV Rheinland Functional Safety Program.
She is an experienced facilitator of Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) studies, such as Hazard and Operability (HAZOP), and SIL Determination (i.e. LOPA) studies who has provided risk assessment facilitation service for various organization across North America. With her excellent communication skills, leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Ms. He is a successful safety lifecycle leader, facilitator, and a risk management consultant.

  • Renovated the local department’s database website with a group of two clinical programmers
